To complete a transaction, the seller must possess the legal right to sell the vehicle. Valid vehicle documentation (Title) and a government-issued photo ID are typically required for all transactions. J.M MOTORS reserves the right to refuse service if legal ownership cannot be clearly established.
Requesting a quote or initial valuation through our platforms does not create any legal obligation for the user to sell their vehicle to J.M MOTORS. You are free to accept or decline our offer at any time prior to the finalization of the sale agreement.
J.M MOTORS is not responsible for any personal belongings, documents, or items left within the vehicle after it has been picked up or surrendered to our team. It is the seller's sole responsibility to clear the vehicle of all personal property before the transaction is finalized.
